Key Account Manager for technology-based services (f/m)

Your tasks

  • Processing and development of the assigned sales area with a focus on the healthcare sector
  • Acquisition of new customers and continuous expansion of customer relationships as well as maintenance of current existing customers throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Very good understanding of our customers’ business and processes as well as the identification and implementation of their needs in our solutions
  • Coordination and involvement of the teams required for implementation at the customer as well as close cooperation with the relevant colleagues (inside sales, solutions design, engineering, service & operations, etc.)

Our requirements

  • Several years of experience in selling technology-based services, IT products or comparable services
  • the ability to quickly identify customer needs and convert them into sales
  • Confident demeanor, enjoyment of contact with people and willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • young, dynamic personality, approx. 30-45 years young
