Lead software developer C# .NET (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • You work with other experienced developers on exciting projects
  • You lead the collaboration with the offshore development team
  • You determine the requirements together with the product managers and other tech leads and create the work packages
  • You lead the creation and definition of increments, implementation and code reviews
  • They love to write clean code with excellent performance and scalability and meaningful test coverage
  • You want to support less experienced software developers

Our requirements

  • You have professional experience in application development (frontend & backend)
  • You bring experience especially with modern software development practices
  • You bring experience with agile methods and test-driven development
  • You have a good understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • You are used to working in an intercultural environment
  • You can successfully communicate with offshore team members in English
  • You are an experienced software coach
