Your tasks

  • You work with other experienced developers on exciting projects
  • You lead the collaboration with the offshore development team
  • Together with the product managers and other tech leads, you determine the requirements and create the work packages
  • You lead the creation and definition of the increments, the implementation and the code reviews
  • You love writing clean code with excellent performance and scalability and meaningful test coverage
  • You enjoy supporting less experienced software engineers

Our requirements

  • You have professional experience in application development (frontend and backend)
  • You have experience, particularly with modern software development practices
  • You have experience with agile methods and test-driven development
  • You have a good understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • You are used to working in an intercultural environment
  • You can successfully communicate with offshore team members in English
  • You are an experienced software coach
