Team Leader HR Business Partner (f/m)

Your tasks

  • Technical and personnel management of 6 employees
  • Coaching and further development of the team
  • Co-responsible for the training of apprentices in the HR area
  • Ensuring optimal process flows and collaboration in:
  • Creation of new job advertisements
  • Carrying out the entire applicant management (correspondence, appointment organisation, etc.)
  • Conducting recruitment interviews
  • Main contact for job placement and personnel consulting
  • Administration of all HR processes
  • Answering employee inquiries about HR
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel administration
  • Drafting and creating employment references
  • Responsibility for the analysis and optimization of HR processes
  • Shared responsibility for HR projects
  • Hub function to other departments and within HR

Our requirements

  • Training/further education in human resources management (Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in HRM, MAS FH or NDS HF)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR and experience in personnel recruitment
  • First management experience
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent German, very good English and good French skills are required
  • Communicative team player with a high level of service and solution orientation
  • Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy and refreshing personality
  • young, dynamic personality, approx. 28-45 years young
